The CleanSheet Group eServices portal (eservices.cleansheetgroup.com) is your platform for Primary Source Verification (PSV).

We verify academic, professional, and personal documents directly from the issuing authorities. The PSV results are then used by applicants to apply for membership, licensing, or evaluation with their target organizations (e.g., SBA, OACPA, OMFA, DGA, or ECE).

1. What is the CleanSheet Group eServices portal?

The CleanSheet eServices portal allows applicants to submit their documents for PSV (Primary Source Verification).

⚠️ Note: We do not grant memberships or licenses ourselves. Instead, we issue PSV reports that must be submitted to the relevant authority (e.g., SBA, OACPA, OMFA) as part of the official application process.

2. Which organizations can I verify documents for?

You can request PSV for:

Saudi Bar Association (SBA): PSV for SBA membership applications.
Digital Government Authority (DGA): PSV for background/eligibility checks.
Oman Association of Chartered Public Accountants (OACPA): PSV for membership and classification.
Oman Manufacturers Association (OMFA): PSV for membership eligibility.
Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE): PSV for international academic evaluation.
CredLink: Available for applicants whose organizations are not listed.

3. How do I start an application?

Go to the eServices homepage.
Select your organization.
Click Apply Now.
Complete the steps: upload your documents, provide details, and pay fees online.

5. What should I prepare before applying?

By organization:

SBA (Saudi Bar Association)

Certified ID, law degree/qualifications, and licenses.

DGA (Digital Government Authority)

Official appointment/assignment records, ID documents.

OMFA (Oman Manufacturers Association)

Trade license, company registration, and supporting corporate documents.

ECE (Educational Credential Evaluators)

Academic transcripts, certificates, and certified translations (if required).

OACPA (Oman Association of Chartered Public Accountants)

Provide certified degrees, experience letters, and relevant professional certificates.

Check oacpa.org for correct membership/classification (Associate, Specialist, Expert).

Standard ID and organization-specific documents (if applicable).
