Reset Your Password (Self-Service)

1. Go to the Login Page


2. Enter Your Registered Email

  • Type the email address linked to your account.

  • Click Submit.


3. Check Your Email Inbox

  • You will receive an email with the subject “Password Reset Request”.

  • The email contains a secure link to reset your password.

  • If you don’t see the email, check your Spam/Junk folder.


4. Create a New Password

  • Click the reset link from your email.

  • Enter your new password and confirm it.

  • Your new password must meet security requirements (e.g., minimum length, numbers, upper/lower case letters, special characters).

  • Click Save / Reset Password.


5. Login with Your New Password

  • Return to the Login Page.

  • Use your updated password to access your account.


6. Security Notes

  • Reset links are valid for a limited time (usually 15–30 minutes). If expired, request a new one.

  • Do not share your reset link with anyone.

  • If you did not request a password reset, contact the Support Centre immediately.
